So apparently after a weekend of being busy Jim and myself had to go out and do some more drinking. The night was a normal mates sat around talking. Ed came over and had some dinner with us. We then went into the local side where people were toasting. The guys had also brought across a banjo (maybe ukalaylee) and a miniture guitar. They played loads of irish folk songs, many made famous by the Pogues some Canal songs many of which I think they made up the words. Anyways .. it was fun and unusal, and made me realise how much I miss Cayman for it’s Karaoke, impromptued talented people jamming in bars etc. Just general socialisng. The thing is .. In a local pub like that in England they may know your name, esp. if you go in a lot. However in Cayman it can be the busiest trendy bar and they will know your name.
