Phone Scams in the Cayman Islands

I had a phone call yesterday, luckily I never like talking to these people but like to keep them on the line as long as possible to waste their time. If you are in Cayman with a cell phone .. then watch out and don’t give any personal info over the phone to anyone no matter who they say they are.
My question is who let all our phone numbers loose at C&W and Digicel, cause last i knew our cell phone numbers weren’t published ! Me thinks it is an inside job !
